Customer Service Associate
Job Type: Full-time
Position available for non profit agency. Requires assisting disabled individuals in managing their benefits in a fast paced environment. Social and computer skills required. Must have experience with Microsoft Office, average typing skill minimum of 35 wpm, and ready to be busy! Job includes answering up to 50- 80 calls per day, daily client involvement, following up on client issues via phone calls and email, following up with and/or for clients within specified time span and meeting daily and monthly productivity goals. Light office duties including stocking supplies, taking out trash, possible office related errands (post office drops, etc) Good to have experience with MH and/or DD field, but not a must. Phone calls can be challenging when customers require resolution to issues. Resiliency is a must! Required reliable transportation and be willing to travel within Ohio occasionally. Paid Mileage. Background check required.
